Luv your web site. I started pulling in the early 80s, with a john deere 110 8 hp. Our local fire dept. quit having pulls and it died. in 2001 the Fairfield vfd started having pulls and I started back, the same 110 john deere but with a stock 25 hp kohler command. Had a lot of fun and won almost against any thing. Then the other guys got on the kohler command twin deal and now we are running roller cams, etc. on our engines. I had to retire my 110, beacuse i could not keep the axles from breaking. I have been building a 140 patio john deere for my wife to pull with. After retiring my 110 i took my engine and put on her tractor with a cub racing transmission. hope to get it on the circuit soon.
